work places
Workplaces (working title) is my first long-term freelance project that combines photography, history and philosophy. It is a photographic project about places where great thinkers lived, wrote or researched. I am interested in how architecture, light, furniture, objects and emptiness create an atmosphere that can still be felt today. Last but not least: I love beautiful spaces and history.
The project will be created in 2025. I will visit several places in Germany (e.g. Caputh, Berlin, Nuremberg, Weimar, etc.), Austria and Switzerland. There are also a few special workrooms for which I will travel a little further.

Work sample
Office of the architect Gustave Eiffel in the Palácio da Bolsa (Trade Palace) in Porto, Portugal.
Gustave Eiffel was involved in the work on the Ponte Maria Pia bridge and came to Porto regularly between the end of 1875 and 1877 (completion of the bridge).
