Kino International

Kino International is one of the finest examples of East German modernist architecture. Its elegant proportions, floating volume and refined detailing have made it an architectural icon of Berlin.

Completed in 1963, the cinema has remained a landmark of Berlin's cultural and architectural heritage. Following an extensive renovation completed in spring 2026, the historic auditorium was carefully restored while the cinema’s unique character and architectural qualities were preserved.​​
